    • We ship all orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
    • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

    • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

    • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  4. Shipping Rates

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your shipping location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

  5. Delivery Times

    • Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes between 3-5  business days. Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.

  6. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

  7. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship to all 50 states in USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

    • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, carrier delays). If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
